Implement the Internal Controls for organic production. > Provide overall thematic guidance on agriculture and allied activities to farmers. Supervision of daily farming activities. Ensure nutrient management, irrigation, and other treatments are performed effectively and in line with farm plan. > Providing active technical support to various agriculture and allied activities and responding to queries of the partnered farmers being undertaken in different places. > Assist in preparation of bio fertilizers, vermicompost and natural pest repellents. > Prepare reports, produce written outputs of the implementation work and research outcomes.
